Packaging, shipping, delivery

Free delivery from 50 € order value within Germany. Up to an order value of 50 €, La mer charges a flat shipping fee of 4 € per order for one delivery. 

Your order will be delivered to the address you specified in your order. Delivery charges to Austria, Spain, Belgium and the Netherlands are 7 € for each order. La mer delivers the parcels with DHL GOGREEN and thus relies on climate-neutral shipping. With GOGREEN, La mer is making a sustainable contribution to climate protection. The transport-related CO2e emissions are offset.

The delivery time within Germany is 2-3 working days. For shipments abroad, the delivery time may be delayed. Due to the current situation, deliveries within Germany can take up to 5 working days. Deliveries to Spain, Austria, Netherlands and Belgium up to 7 working days.

For deliveries to the Canary Islands, a flat rate of 20 € is charged for shipping and handling. This will not be shown on the order overview, but will only be listed on the invoice afterwards, which you should settle in this way. Without the payment of the 20 € shipping costs a delivery is unfortunately not possible.

Delivery area

The delivery of our articles can only be made to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain and the Netherlands.

La mer does not deliver directly to Switzerland. However, you can obtain La mer products from the pharmacist of your choice. Please simply go to the nearest pharmacy and place your order there.

Return

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days of the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract at the latest. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before expiry of the period of fourteen days.

If the package or one of the products is damaged, please contact La mer Customer Service on tel 0049 4723 79 00 79 or email [email protected] and request a return label. You will then receive this return label by e-mail. Please also check the spam folder of your e-mail box.

In case of incompatibility of a product purchased in this webshop, we ask you to contact our customer service directly (tel 0049 4723 79 00 79, e-mail: [email protected]).

The products purchased and ordered in our authorised pharmacies, cosmetic institutes and spas cannot be claimed, exchanged or refunded directly to us.

Maturity, payment and default

The purchase price is due immediately once you place your order. You can pay using the following methods: credit card, PayPal, Sofort bank transfer, pay in advance and giropay. Please note that all unpaid invoices will be submitted to a debt collection company; no exceptions will be made.
