§ 1 The latest version of the general terms & conditions will apply to all business transactions between the customer and the La mer shop. Any other agreements are only valid and effective if they are confirmed in writing by the La mer shop.
§ 2 Acceptance of a contract and cancellation
All products and services offered by the La mer shop are subject to acceptance and product availability. A contract for sale exists once we confirm your order or accept the contract by dispatching the goods you have ordered. We are entitled to cancel the purchase contract in the event of spelling mistakes, printing or arithmetic errors on the La mer shop website.

Right of revocation and right of return in distance contracts
You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days without providing any reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days, commencing from the day upon which you or an authorised agent (third party) who is not the dispatcher took possession of the goods.

stating clearly your intention to withdraw. You can use the attached sample revocation form, which is not mandatory. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send us notice that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you choose to withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (except for additional costs arising in the event of selecting a method of shipping different from the most cost-efficient standard delivery offered by us), without delay, and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received your notice of withdrawal from this contract. The repayment will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed with you; you will not be charged for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until the items have been returned to us, or until you have provided evidence that you have shipped the goods, whichever is earlier.
ou are obligated to return the goods to us without delay, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notified us of your intention to cancel your order. To comply with the deadline please return the items before the fourteen-day deadline has expired. You are responsible for paying for the goods to be returned.
You will only be liable for any potential reduction in value of the items if this reduction in value is due to handling on your part which was not necessary for testing the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the items.

§ 4 Packaging, shipping, delivery
Your order will be delivered to the address you specified in your order. Delivery charges to Austria, Spain, Belgium and the Netherlands are 7.00 € for each order.
We will inform you immediately by phone or email if there are delivery delays.
§ 5 Maturity, payment and default
The purchase price is due immediately once you place your order. You can pay using the following methods: credit card, PayPal, Sofort bank transfer, pay in advance and giropay. Please note that all unpaid invoices will be submitted to a debt collection company; no exceptions will be made. Our company regularly checks when contracts are concluded and in certain cases in which there is a justified interest, even with existing customers your creditworthiness. For this purpose we work with of Creditreform Boniversum GmbH, Hellersbergstraße 11, 41460 Neuss, Germany, from which we have received receive the required data. § 6 Compensation and retention
You are only entitled to compensation or retention if your claims has been legally established or recognized by the La mer shop.
§ 7 Prices
The prices stated when you placed your order are the applicable prices. All prices are final prices in EURO and include value-added tax.
§ 8 Retention of title
All goods supplied remain the property of La mer Cosmetics AG until you have fully paid for them.
§ 9 Warranty for defects and liability
If the goods are delivered with visible material, production or transport defects, please get in touch with us as soon as possible (but within fourteen days of receiving your order). The statutory provisions on liability apply.
§ 10 Data protection
Personal data is collected and stored exclusively in compliance with the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Teleservices Data Protection Act (TDDSG). La mer shop will only use your personal details to conclude our transaction with you. Should you wish us to delete your personal data, simply write to us at email@example.com. § 11 Dispute resolution
The European Commission has a platform for online dispute resolution which you can find at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Consumers can use this platform to settle any disputes with a vendor.
